- 01Initial consultationMeet Dr. Hartman and our Treatment Coordinator for a complimentary comprehensive orthodontic evaluation. We take the time to understand your concerns, discuss your goals, and assess your orthodontic needs while answering questions and guiding you through what to expect with treatment in our practice.
- 02Diagnostic recordsDiagnostic records are taken to develop an individual treatment plan. These typically include iTero scanning, photographs, and i-CAT 3D imaging. Associated imaging costs will be discussed during the initial consultation.
- 03Your treatment planOur Treatment Coordinator will make contact to discuss Dr. Hartman's treatment recommendations, estimated timeline, and financial details, while coordinating with other dental specialists as needed.
- 04Financing & next stepsOur Treatment and Financial Coordinators work together to review your insurance benefits, coordinate coverage, and explore flexible, interest-free payment options tailored to your family's needs, making the transition into treatment simple and stress-free.
