"Isn't it too late for me?" is the most common thing we hear from adult patients before their first visit, and the answer is almost always no. Teeth can move at any age — the biology that makes orthodontics work doesn't stop after adolescence.
Most adult patients choose Invisalign or clear ceramic brackets for discretion. Treatment can take a bit longer than it would for a teenager, since adult bone remodels more slowly, but the process itself is identical.
A growing share of our patients are adults — some finishing treatment they started decades ago and stopped wearing retainers for, others straightening their teeth for the first time.
